Keith Urban Honored with Triple Crown Award at 60th ACM Awards — Joined by Nicole Kidman for a Night to Remember
Congratulations to Keith Urban! On Thursday, March 8, the country superstar, 57, was honored with the prestigious Triple Crown Award at the 60th Academy of Country Music Awards, held at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas. The tribute began with a star-studded musical salute that spanned Urban’s remarkable career.
Megan Moroney kicked off the tribute with a heartfelt version of “Stupid Boy,” followed by Chris Stapleton’s soulful take on “Blue Ain’t Your Color,” ending with a warm, “We love you, Keith.”
As the performances unfolded, Urban beamed from the audience, singing along and dancing with wife Nicole Kidman, 57. The two swayed lovingly during Stapleton’s set, with Kidman holding Urban close in a tender moment that melted hearts in the crowd.
The tribute closed with Brothers Osborne performing Urban’s 1999 hit “Where the Blacktop Ends.” Urban then joined them onstage, guitar in hand, and jammed along before stepping up to the mic to accept his award.
