At a campaign stop at the Detroit Economic Club in Michigan, former President Donald Trump shared some heartwarming news about his youngest daughter, Tiffany Trump. In a major announcement, the Republican nominee revealed that Tiffany, 30, is expecting her first child, which means Trump will soon become a grandfather once again.
During the event, Trump took a moment to acknowledge businessman Massad Boulos, the father of Tiffany’s husband, Michael Boulos. He expressed his admiration for both Tiffany and Michael, calling them “exceptional young individuals” before sharing the joyful news of Tiffany’s pregnancy. With a smile, he added, “And she’s going to have a baby. So that’s nice.”
“He happens to be the father of Tiffany’s husband, Michael, who’s a very exceptional young guy,” the former president said. “And she’s an exceptional young woman. And she’s going to have a baby. So that’s nice.”
Tiffany has not yet spoken publicly about her pregnancy, but a spokesperson for the former first daughter confirmed the news to PEOPLE.
As a source close to the Trump family previously said, “Tiffany didn’t get to be as intimately involved with the family dynamic as Ivanka, Eric and Donnie Jr. She doesn’t really talk about her dad a lot. She’s always been somewhat independent of the whole family.”
